You’ll receive:
1 – 100gram clamshell of Pea microgreens
Delivery and local pickups are on Friday (see all options below). New orders may have up to a 2 week waiting period for their first delivery to arrive, as it takes 10-12 days growing time. This ensures our microgreens are always fresh when delivered to you. We begin growing them for you once you place your order and we cut and pack them fresh for your delivery day! Once we receive your order we’ll call you to set your delivery date.
Please Note: For home deliveries please have a cooler set out with ice or ice packs in it on your delivery day. Our microgreens can have a long shelf life but in order to stay fresh, they need to be kept in a refrigerator or cooler and not allowed to dry out.

- We deliver outside of our service area within 30 miles for a $15 delivery fee.

Nutrition & Uses
Flavor and Texture: Pea microgreens have a sweet, juicy, taste just like peas and a succulent and crunchy texture.
Color: Green with a leafy wispy top.
Uses: Great on salads, sandwiches, in stir frys, Asian cuisines, pasta, vegetable side dishes, rice and as a garnish.
Nutrition: Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, C, E, & K, protein, calcium, enzymes, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, antioxidants, niacin, chlorophyll, iron, fiber and folic acid.
